RULES

INITIAL MEET & GREET: Before your 1st walk (or drop in visit), there is a mandatory initial meet and greet with you and your dog(s) which will cover the following:

 

1. Is your dog friendly / nonaggressive towards other people and pets?

2. Special health considerations (allergies, disabilities)?

3. Walk / drop in visit photos and tracking options.

3. Scheduling. 

4. Payment options.

5. Questions you may have.

 

* Note: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

SCHEDULING: All schedule requests are filled on a first come, first serve basis. I will do my best to accommodate your requests. Generally, my schedule excludes weekends, unless special arrangements have been made. 

PAYMENTS: To eliminate confusion, all payments are due upfront. Payments can be made via Venmo, cash or personal check.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: In most circumstances, cancellations will be refunded in full.

 

DOG BEHAVIOR & DISPOSITION: I maintain the right to refuse to work with aggressive or poorly behaved dogs. I provide a free meet and greet to new sign ups to hopefully minimize this type of scenario.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and DOGGO! (Gavin Harris). The Terms govern your use of my software applications, resources and services. You understand and agree that we may change the Terms from time to time, and that any such changes will be effective when I post the modified Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law. 


DOGGO! (Gavin Harris) has no liability for any claims, injuries, loss, harm and/or damages arising from and/or in any way related to interactions or dealings, whether online or offline. You acknowledge and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, YOUR USE AND/OR PROVISION OF PET CARE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. DOGGO! (Gavin Harris) assumes no liability for injury to your dog(s), property, as well as another party and their property. Pet Owners are responsible for the costs of any such medical treatment for their pets.

You understand and agree that DOGGO! (Gavin Harris) has no obligation to provide services in any specific location or territory, nor to continue providing it once he has begun. DOGGO! (Gavin Harris) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.


DOGGO! (Gavin Harris) takes reasonable measures designed to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or through mobile applications is 100% safe. Therefore, although DOGGO! (Gavin harris) uses commercially reasonable means to protect your information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. DOGGO! (Gavin Harris) will not willfully share or sell your information to third parties.


You consent to DOGGO! (Gavin Harris) communicating with you about the DOGGO! services by SMS, text message, email and other electronic means, including autodialed text messages containing service information and/or marketing messages, even if your phone number is on the do-not-call list. Your carrier’s normal messaging, data and other rates and fees will apply to these communications. You are not required to provide this consent to receive marketing messages as a condition of purchasing anything or using this service, and you may opt-out of receiving these messages at any time.


All fees, deductible amounts and other payments referenced on, or charged through, the Rover Service are listed and payable in local currency.
